• Strong leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving skills.

District Service Manager - Heavy Equipment Rental

We are seeking an experienced District Service Manager to lead service operations across multiple branch locations within a heavy equipment rental organization.

This is a key operational leadership position responsible for driving fleet readiness, technician productivity, preventative maintenance compliance, and overall service performance across an assigned district.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in heavy equipment, equipment rental, CAT/dealership operations, or industrial equipment, combined with proven experience leading service teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
