Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to lead teacher onboarding, professional development, and supervision across partner schools in the District Partnerships. You will oversee a cross-functional team and ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, and evaluating educators, coordinating services, and aligning with academic and HR partners. A strong data-driven, collaborative leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supervising educators in an academic setting.
• K-12 teaching experience, virtual teaching preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Strong leadership and accountability toward student outcomes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance-based data.
• Comfortable presenting information to groups; proficient with MS Office and Google Apps.
• Customer-focused with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Adaptable problem solver with ability to shift priorities and manage multiple projects.
