Job summary

Constellis seeks a Manager for contract requirements for the Eastern District of Texas. The role requires on-site management, regular government liaison, and supervision of security staff to meet contract obligations.

Responsibilities include daily coordination with the COR, 24/7 emergency responsiveness, and rigorous adherence to security and administrative processes. Applicants must be US citizens and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain required clearance.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Minimum 3 years law enforcement experience and 5 years supervising employees.
• Willing to reside within 50 miles of the District’s office.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government to discuss technical and security requirements through regular site visits to primary and sub-offices.
• Shall be on site daily and maintain contact with the COR to manage manpower and hour usage.
• Have authority to supervise all CSOs and LCSOs and inform the COR about outcomes.
• Demonstrate understanding of the full CSO Contract to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Available to the Government on a 24-hour basis for emergencies.
• Carry out administrative tasks efficiently without reliance on others.
• Notify the COR of any alleged performance violation and initiate investigations.
• Ensure government equipment is tracked and safeguarded until return.
• Are prohibited from performing CSO/LCSO duties as per contract.
