Job summary

The Pelham School District is seeking a PK–12 School Social Worker to support students’ academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs district-wide. This role connects school, home, and community resources to promote well-being.

Responsibilities include MTSS-based assessments, intervention planning, and collaboration with general and special education teams, while maintaining confidential records per regulations.

Qualifications

• MSW required with NH certification or eligibility as a School Social Worker.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents in educational or clinical settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and case management services to students and families to remove barriers to learning.
• Engage in MTSS, develop intervention plans, support IEPs and 504 plans.
• Offer social-emotional learning support, counseling, crisis intervention, and coordinate with families and community resources.
