Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and develop foodservice staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience in catering events.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on culinary operations with the Director to implement Maschio's scratch cooking.
• Oversee safety and sanitation across the account.
• Conduct regular trainings on safety, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Develop cost-effective, nutritious student menus with nutrition teams.
• Plan and execute Chef Day demonstrations and school district catering events.
• Manage menu design, costing, and product orders for district events.
• Monitor NSLP participation considerations and align with trends.
• Place orders and maintain budget controls.
• Prepare reports in line with procedures and regulations.
