Gruma Corporation is seeking a District Sales Representative in Paterson, NJ to manage customer relationships and drive district sales. You will coordinate with multiple functions, maintain accounts, and help develop sales plans to meet targets.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2–5 years in sales management (DSD/Route Sales). Travel up to 50% is expected. Competitive salary with bonus and full benefits are offered.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 2 - 5 years in sales management (DSD / Route Sales) experience. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered forthe above.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Salary Range $82,000 to $85,000 plus 15% Discretionary Bonus, Car Benefit, and a Full Benefit Packet including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life insurance and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) plan with matching. Vacation Pay and 8 Paid Holidays.
