Job summary

Inquis Medical, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in Orlando, FL to drive VTE sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, Chief Commercial Officer, and Marketing Director to ensure optimal product usage, patient outcomes, and service.

You will grow revenue, maintain a strong pipeline, renew and expand accounts, and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment. Travel and a competitive compensation package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, including 8+ years medical device sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPI targets.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share by strengthening relationships with hospitals, labs, physicians, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Prospect, develop, and convert new opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory growth.
• Retain and expand existing business through renewals and increased account penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, orders, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, pricing changes, and trends.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and competitive offerings; provide market intel.
• Represent Inquis at industry events and trade shows; generate leads and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and CRM documentation.
• Travel as required to support customer needs and territory goals.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.

As a District Sales Manager, you will play an integral part in growing Inquis’ VTE business by i ncreasing sales and customer satisfaction. You will work with the Regional Sales Manager, Chief Commercial Office and Director of Marketing to ensure exceptional product use, patient outcomes, and superior customer service. You will also strive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts by building and strengthening relationships with hospitals, laboratories, physicians, and key purchasing stakeholders.
• Prospect, develop, and convert new customer opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and achieving territory growth objectives.
• Retain and expand existing business through successful renewals, increased account penetration, and adoption of new and existing Inquis' products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, pricing changes, and industry trends to current and prospective customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Inquis products, services, and competitive offerings, providing market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy.
• Represent Inquis at industry events and trade shows, generating qualified leads, conducting follow-up activities, and reporting results and opportunities to management.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records, sales forecasts, expense reports, and CRM documentation to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Travel as required to support customer needs, territory objectives, and broader organizational initiatives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, including 8+ years of medical device sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals, quo tasand other KPI’s
• Creativity and a passion for innovation
• Excellent oral,writtenand interpersonal communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling variousprojects simultaneously
• Ability to interact with not only senior leadership, but at all levels within the organization

Compensation:Base ($150k) + Variable Compensation $350k at plan
