District Sales Manager - Omniseal Solutions - Industry - Remote (Midwest or North East)

The District Sales Manager will sell products from the Omniseal Solutions portfolio (seals and polymer parts) across North America (US, Canada, Mexico), focusing on new business in Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, Robotics, Metal Processing, and Railway sectors. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle and customer relations for both existing and new clients.

This role reports to the Business Manager - Industry. It is a remote position, ideally based in the Midwest or Northeast US, near a major airport.

Essential functions include:
  1. Visiting prospective and existing accounts to identify specific seal applications.
  2. Handling technical service requests for quotations and project considerations.
  3. Presenting product lines and company capabilities to customers.
  4. Communicating pricing, quality, and delivery info; providing samples as needed.
  5. Researching market opportunities and competitive data for the Sales Manager and Marketing team.
Is this job for you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technical field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with technical components.
  • Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with engineers on technical aspects.
  • Strong relationship-building, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Project management experience, including coordinating customer projects and managing timelines.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $79,500 to $123,500 annually, depending on region and experience. The position includes an annual bonus (0-40% of base salary) based on performance. Benefits include health and wellbeing programs, retirement plans, insurance options, and additional perks such as identity theft protection, pet insurance, and back-up care.
