Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution with key accounts across the U.S. territory.

You will drive volume, monitor KPIs, and coach your team to deliver execution excellence. You’ll recruit, develop, and motivate staff, align strategies with category goals, and partner with field and sales leadership to maximize distribution and visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and possession of a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays.
• English language skills; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

• Travel 0-10%
