Premium Retail Services is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales excellence across 10–15 store locations. You will hire, coach, and grow Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, shaping district performance with hands-on coaching and strategic staffing.

Premium Retail Services' wireless program spans more than 1,300 retail locations across North America and is powered by a dedicated team of over 3,200 Wireless Sales Pros.
Wireless is one of the fastest-moving categories in retail and this role puts you in charge of winning it across 10-15 retail store locations. You'll build, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads who turn everyday store traffic into real results. Expect genuine ownership: your hiring, your coaching, and your time on the floor directly shape how your district performs. This is a leadership role that represents a significant step forward in scope, responsibility, and impact.
