Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a District Sales Leader in Bulan, KY to supervise delivery drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and drive route efficiency across the distribution network.

In this role you will mentor Route Sales Representatives, support training initiatives, analyze data, and help optimize schedules while maintaining safety standards and PPE guidelines.

The position requires strong leadership, English communication, and CDL credentials with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in a distribution or logistics environment.
• CDL Class A or B with Air Brake endorsement required.
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate as per FMCSA Part 391.41.
• English reading/writing and communication; bilingual skills are beneficial.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor Route Sales Representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Distribution Manager in training initiatives, operational efficiency, data analysis, equipment utilization, and route optimization.
• Assist in scheduling and performance evaluation of Route Sales Representatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ensure PPE use in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the supply chain leadership team.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to meet safety, service, cost, and personnel goals.
