Bibb County School District in Macon, Georgia is seeking an RTI Coordinator to lead district RTI/MTSS implementation across all schools and align with Teaching & Learning priorities.

Under the direction of the Executive Directors of Teaching and Learning, you will coordinate services, supervise staff as needed, and drive data-driven decision-making to accelerate student achievement. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful school-level experience.
• Leadership certification desired; district-level experience preferred.
• Experience with GO MTSS/SST and reporting required.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation of the district RTI/MTSS framework across all schools.
• Document school-based RTI/MTSS support visits and provide feedback to leaders.
• Complete coaching cycles with interventionists and administrators to improve practices.
• Maintain the district RTI/MTSS Handbook and implementation guidance.
• Facilitate RTI/MTSS leadership meetings and support school teams.
• Monitor progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze screening and data to identify trends and action steps.
• Deliver professional learning on RTI/MTSS and data-based decisions.
