Job summary

SRS Distribution is seeking a District Manager in Austin, TX to drive revenue and operations across the district. You will coach Store Managers and align with regional strategy while ensuring budget targets and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, sales and operations know-how, and the ability to travel 50-75%. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or related experience managing multi-unit retail locations.
• Must be able to manage remote Store Managers in a one-to-two-person store environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure the District achieves budget and holds staff accountable to meet store level budget targets.
• Develop new stores and markets.
• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Coach Store Managers to understand financial statements and performance data.
• Coordinate people and resources across the district.
• Monitor/assess performance of self and direct reports to improve results.
• Travel between 50-75% of time.
