Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple retail locations within an assigned district.
• Develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams.
• Drive district-wide sales performance and revenue growth.
• Coach and develop leaders to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure operational excellence.
