Job summary

Blufox Mobile, the nation’s largest branded partner for Comcast Xfinity, seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, develop top talent, and drive exceptional business performance.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales, talent development, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability across districts. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years in district/area/multi-unit retail leadership.
• Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals.
• Experience developing managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district.
• Manage and develop Store Managers and leadership teams.
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and store presentation.
• Ensure stores meet company standards for compliance, safety and customer experience.
