Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 2–4 years of retail/field experience preferred.
• Willing to travel approximately 30%.

• Directly manages, coaches, and develops retail associates through field engagement and feedback.
• Monitor execution through reporting and store visits; address gaps through coaching and training.
• Build relationships with store leadership and client partners to support execution objectives.
