• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager on bench shifts.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflowProcedures and safety guardrails.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as the primary pharmacist on duty.
• Coach and model compassionate care, collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team, and resolve insurance and/or medication issues.
• Proactively offer immunizations and support staff to learn to immunize.
