CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across multiple stores within a district. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee the pharmacy team, and ensure safe dispensing and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy when needed.
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Provide counseling and immunization services where permissible and coach staff accordingly.
• Maintain inventory control with emphasis on cold chain products.
• Support access to care and clinical services to improve patient outcomes.
