Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of the store location.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Coverage of pharmacist shifts as scheduled; act as proxy to Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist in safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and patient care.
• Support inventory management and maintain patient safety.
