Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care with counseling and immunizations.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations during shifts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist in ensuring safe dispensing and prescription fulfillment.
