Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and counsel patients while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing and act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
• Support immunization services and collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws and CVS Health policies.
• Assist in inventory management and secure cold chain integrity.
