Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Support pharmacy operations and coverage as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Assist with immunizations and coaching of technicians.
