Job summary

CVS Health seeks a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover scheduling gaps, support pharmacy teams, and oversee daily operations across stores in the district. You will ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling and immunization delivery while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

As a DSP, you may travel to different CVS Pharmacy locations to fill shifts, support the Pharmacy Manager, and help drive excellent patient care and team performance within the district.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing and cover pharmacist shifts.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, safety and recordkeeping to protect patient safety.
