Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by delivering safe and compassionate care to patients.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district as directed by Pharmacy Manager and DL.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and guide the team to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Support immunization administration and counseling to improve patient outcomes.
