Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly between tasks
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
• Deliver patient-centered service, counsel patients, and support medication management
• Assist with immunizations and patient education as permissible
• Manage pharmacy inventory and maintain cold chain protections
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies
• Assist with schedule writing and maintain a safe, inclusive team environment
