Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in the United States to lead daily pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager. You will oversee patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff performance to deliver high-quality service.

You will drive patient safety, oversee inventory and profitability while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee management, oversight and operation of all pharmacy aspects.
• Maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive customer service, inventory control and financial profitability.
