Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Assist in pharmacy operations and supervision as needed.
• Dispense medications with accuracy and provide patient counseling.
• Support immunizations and clinical services where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with all laws and CVS Health policies.
