Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Live CVS Health values by supporting pharmacy teams and providing safe, patient-centered care.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to fill pharmacist shifts and support market staffing.
• Assist in ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment and adherence to pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Step in as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Support immunizations and patient counseling to improve health outcomes.
