Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Support pharmacy teams and ensure safe and accurate dispensing.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and protect patient safety.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager in day-to-day duties.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to immunize.
