Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator (DPC).
• Oversee the pharmacy and serve as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Assists with immunizations and patient counseling as needed.
• Contributes to inventory management with focus on cold chain protection.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies.
