Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Traveling within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Covering pharmacist scheduling gaps and acting as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures.
• Assist in immunization delivery and patient counseling where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and CVS Health policies.
