Qualifications
- 5 years of related sales experience required.
- 5 years of experience in the fitness industry required.
- 3 years of leadership and people management experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all Personal Training Managers within your district.
- Hire, train, and develop Personal Training Managers.
- Achieve and exceed Company KPIs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and program adherence.
- Conduct monthly training for regional trainers.
