Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations across its California operations. You will mentor store managers, drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability, and collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to execute district strategies.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coach teams across sites. Exempt position with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, reporting to Regional Director of Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years work-related experience in retail sales, retail, customer service, sales management and/or multi-unit management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Weekend availability may be occasionally required.
• Be flexible and travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
• Coach store managers to meet financial and operational goals.
• Oversee financial performance and KPIs across stores.
• Monitor expenses and drive ROI across the district.
• Lead talent management, recruitment, and staff development across locations.
