Job summary

Lakeville Area Schools is seeking a Licensed School Nurse (Long-term Substitute) to support district-wide health services from August 31, 2026, through November 30, 2026. The role focuses on minimizing health barriers to learning and ensuring a safe environment for students.

You must be a MN-licensed Registered Nurse and a MN-licensed School Nurse, with a Public Health Certificate and CPR for HCP. Salary ranges from $54,123 to $101,459, prorated for FTE and contracted days.

Qualifications

  • Licensed School Nurse with MN Department of Education.
  • Public Health Certificate with MN Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.

Position Description:

  • Enhance the educational process by minimizing or removing health-related barriers to learning, while promoting a safe environment for students.
  • Support the students of Lakeville Area Schools who have medical needs.
  • Support the health service staff by teaching, directing and delegating activities within the health office and health related activities within the schools.
