Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Stretch Manager to lead a team of stretch trainers and drive member engagement across multiple clubs. The role focuses on developing mobility programs, coaching staff, and achieving revenue goals while upholding our service standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of fitness sales/operations experience, multi-unit leadership, and a nationally approved personal training certification, with strong people skills and a passion for fitness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience.
• 1-3 years of experience managing a revenue-generating fitness program.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management, potentially overseeing 4-6 locations.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the stretch program including pricing, compensation, sales presentation.
• Build a strong team passionate about sales and wellness.
• Lead generation through marketing and networking.
• Implement the sales process by converting inquiries into loyal members.
• Manage and create staff schedules according to business needs.
• Ensure clubs are properly staffed with Stretch Managers and Trainers.
• Teach other fitness professionals how to perform stretches.
• Develop programs based on individual assessments.
