Clean Harbors is seeking a District Manager for Western New England to oversee multiple business units and drive profitability and growth. You will coach Branch Managers, align regional goals with corporate targets, and partner with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and HR to optimize resources and processes.
The role requires 7–10 years of management experience with P&L responsibility, travel 25–50%, and a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
The Manager leads, innovates, coaches and mentors with overall responsibility for the profitability, growth and management of multiple business units and/or a region. Fosters and creates optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Fosters and develops a culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives through active management and mentorship of Branch Managers and other direct reports; assesses depth of talent and expertise in region; identify strategies to effectively manage resources. Ensures efficient administration of contracts and ongoing customer and employee satisfaction by streamlining processes and removing barriers; being responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; partnering with internal departments and other stakeholders (i.e., Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) as required. Increases revenue and profitability by leveraging business opportunities to grow revenue; foster a winning culture; ensures business strategies are translated into actionable plans and that team members are engaged and achieving or exceeding results.
