Job summary

Canteen, a Compass Group division, is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily operations across Vending, Office Coffee, and Ave. C service lines in the Florida region.

You’ll partner with the Regional Director to drive profitability, service excellence, and efficiency while leading customer service, warehouse, and technical service teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. The role emphasizes labor planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet financial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–7 years of vendor or operations management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
• Multi-unit management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L performance in partnership with the Regional Director, ensuring financial targets are met
• Develop and execute action plans to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic goals

Job Summary
