Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a seasoned District Manager to oversee two branch locations in respiratory home health and DME operations. Lead cross-functional teams, ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance, manage inventory and billing, and drive growth and patient satisfaction across both sites.

The role focuses on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and staff development, with travel between locations and a proactive problem-solving approach to improve performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field
• 3+ years in home health industry
• State-specific experience (Florida: 2+ years in business management or related degree; North Carolina: BA/BS + 1+ year supervisory experience; Wyoming: 2+ years managerial experience)

• Oversee daily operations across two locations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory standards
