Job summary

Tierra Encantada is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple corporate centers in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. You will ensure operations align with company standards, drive enrollment and financial performance, and mentor center directors.

The ideal candidate brings multi-site management in early childhood education, leadership excellence, and a willingness to travel within the district. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field, or four years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of multi-site management experience in early childhood education preferred
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple centers within the district
• Monitor KPIs for enrollment, revenue, staffing, customer satisfaction and expenses
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of center directors
• Develop and manage budgets for the district and improve profitability
• Ensure licensing compliance, health and safety standards across centers
