SmartStop Self Storage is seeking a District Manager for Orlando, FL. You will lead multiple stores, drive revenue, ensure operational standards, and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires travel within the district, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, develop, and manage staff to hit business goals. Base pay starts at $90,000 with bonuses tied to performance, up to $120,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and travel as needed.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all district store activities and operations impacting customers, staff, and company goals.
• Meets company revenue goals by achieving or exceeding monthly budget expectations.
• Conducts facility audits to ensure standards.
• Oversees daily staff activities and scheduling; provides feedback.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff members.
• Leads by example with a shared vision and coaching.
• Travels within designated area; overnight travel may be required.
