Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager for the Indio, CA area. You will lead multiple restaurant leaders, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to Brand standards across the portfolio.

You will coach Restaurant Managers, develop business plans with franchise owners, and communicate a clear vision while traveling between locations to ensure consistent operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores/departments with P&L and operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ with training and coaching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment; knowledge of retail or restaurant ops and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in portfolio meet Brand operational and food safety standards.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales, and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues.
• Lead team meetings; deliver training and coaching on topics including marketing windows, LTOs and Brand standards.
• Develop business plans for portfolio and action plans with franchise owners.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate it to the team.
• Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations teams as appropriate.
• Travel between restaurants is required.
