Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Loft Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory stores across Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. You will drive profitability by optimizing customer experience, operations, product management and talent development.

You will lead multi-store teams, set strategic direction, and ensure execution of pricing, merchandising and marketing initiatives while maintaining strong store performance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience required.
• Enjoys coaching and developing talent.
• Must have strong people management skills.
• Technology proficient and a strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel and manage time between stores.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment delivering exceptional experiences.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage brand behaviors.
• Foster inclusive culture for associates.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and developing district-level talent.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide guidance to management.
• Educate store management on marketing initiatives, pricing, and product knowledge.
• Oversee product management directives and pricing strategies.
• Analyze business data to maximize performance.
