Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Loft Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory stores across Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. You will drive profitability by optimizing customer experience, operations, product management and talent development.

You will lead multi-store teams, set strategic direction, and ensure execution of pricing, merchandising and marketing initiatives while maintaining strong store performance and community engagement.

• 5+ years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience required.
• Enjoys coaching and developing talent.
• Must have strong people management skills.
• Technology proficient and a strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel and manage time between stores.

About the role As a District Manager, you will oversee the operations of Loft Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory stores within So CA, AZ, NV. You will drive profitability across all stores by focusing on customer experience, business operations, product management, and talent development. In this leadership role, you’ll ensure the district runs smoothly and achieves its goals.

• Analyze business reporting and develop strategies to maximize performance.
• Promote community involvement by supporting company-sponsored events and philanthropic initiatives.
