• 2+ years of multi-store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned retail stores to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure merchandising and customer service standards support rapid store network expansion.
• Develop, coach and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers.
• Identify trends, evaluate processes and recommend programs to drive sales.
• Ensure loss prevention, inventory control, safety and security programs are in place.
• Oversee physical inventory preparation and counts; control assets and merchandise.
• Recommend replenishment and new products to boost sales; maintain store appearance to brand standards.
