Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The role oversees day-to-day store operations, adheres to policies, supervises staff, and drives store profits while maintaining excellent customer service and store appearance.

This position offers strong training and advancement opportunities within a growing company and includes a $300 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
• In the event the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all the managerial duties.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Supervises employees.
• Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
• Able to communicate company promotions to store employees.

Job Overview

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our Store Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing day to day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance

Compensation

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

PAY- $18.00-$24.00 Per hour
