Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop store teams across multiple locations in the Des Moines area. You will drive sales growth, ensure effective HR practices, and maintain strong store operations and customer service. This role requires travel within the assigned area and full P&L responsibility.

You will plan and execute objectives, manage budgets, and recruit and develop employees to sustain performance across stores in a fast-paced retail environment.
