KnitWell Group seeks a District Manager to oversee Loft stores in MA, NH, ME, NY, and CT. You will drive profitability by elevating customer experience, operations, product management and talent development. Travel between stores to coach leaders and ensure standards are consistently met.

You will recruit and develop talent, lead merchandising execution, and analyze performance to maximise district results, while supporting community initiatives and brand goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience required
• Enjoys coaching and developing talent
• Must have strong people management skills
• Technology proficient and a strong business acumen
• Ability to travel and manage time appropriately between multiple store locations

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of Loft stores within MA, NH, ME, NY, CT.
• Drive profitability by focusing on customer experience, operations, product management and talent development.
• Lead, coach and develop district managers and store leaders.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards across all district stores.
• Implement pricing strategies and monitor business reporting to maximise performance.
• Support community involvement through company-sponsored events and philanthropy.
