Imperial Cleaning Company is seeking a Full-Time District Manager for the New York Metro Area. You will lead multiple locations, manage teams, and uphold exceptional service standards while driving operational excellence.

The role emphasizes on-site inspections, staff training, payroll, and KPI management, with on-call coverage for emergencies and a Monday–Friday schedule. This is a key leadership position in a customer-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to resolve challenges and emergencies quickly.
• Multitask oriented: manage multiple projects at a time.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic software.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Strong ability to use technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish working relationships with Clients.
• Inspect locations and conduct quarterly touchbases.
• Resolve inspection deficiencies within 24 hours.
• Screen, hire, onboard, and terminate staff.
• Train custodial technicians.
• Oversee new account setup.
• Manage staffing schedules and payroll.
• Monitor time and attendance.
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Be on-call for emergencies evenings and weekends.
• Create supply orders and submit service requests.
• Report accidents/injuries.
• Notify HR/Payroll of staffing changes.
• Maintain KPIs within region.
