Job summary

LOFT is seeking a District Manager to oversee LOFT stores in a Philadelphia district, including Marlton, NJ. You will drive profitability by focusing on customer experience, operations, product management, and talent development across multiple stores.

Travel between locations is expected as you coach and develop district managers and store teams to meet brand standards. You will lead recruiting, training, and performance management while executing pricing, merchandising, and marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty retail experience.
• Multi-store management experience required.
• Enjoys coaching and developing talent.
• Strong people management skills and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.
