LOFT in Garden State Plaza Paramus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, engage with customers, and coach associates to deliver brand-aligned service.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and use of technology to enable seamless omnichannel shopping. You will assist the Store Manager with recruiting, development, and driving store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitability mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
